As per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable and not eligible for return, unless:
The item arrives damaged
There’s a manufacturing error
You receive the wrong item
Since these products are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold, which is why returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Mistakes made by the customer in spelling, photo uploads, or personalisation details
If we’ve made a mistake with your order or your item is faulty/damaged, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
To qualify, please:
Contact us at hello@personalisedgiftuk.com within 48 hours of receiving your item
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
Keep the packaging and item intact for inspection
If you purchased a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:
Unused
In original condition and packaging
You must notify us in writing via email before returning. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once your return is approved (or a faulty item confirmed), we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Any item returned without prior communication may not be processed.
Please always retain proof of postage for any returns.
