We specialise in personalised gifts made-to-order according to the details you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all information (e.g., spellings, images, custom messages) submitted is accurate.
Note: We are not responsible for any errors submitted by the customer.

3. Ordering & Payments

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

  • We accept payments via major UK credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • Your order will only be processed after full payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful purchase.

4. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days (customised items may vary).

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Personalised Products:
Due to the nature of personalised items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Personalised Products:
You have a 14-day cancellation right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please notify us in writing before returning any goods. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, video and order reference. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
