Thank you for shopping with Personalised Gift UK. We want to make sure your personalised gifts arrive safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Order Processing Time

All our products are made to order. Please allow the following production times before your order is dispatched:

  • Printed items (mugs, cushions, t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, mouse mats, coasters): 2–3 working days
  • Embroidered items (hoodies, sweatshirts, beanies, polo shirts): 3–5 working days
  • Engraved items (cutting boards, keyrings): 2–3 working days
  • Seasonal items (Christmas stockings, sacks): 3–5 working days during peak season

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing the next working day.

UK Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

We currently ship to selected European and international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through the carrier's website.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If your parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to us. In this case, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Personalised Gift UK cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after 7 working days from the expected delivery date.
