Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of a pricing or listing error, and will notify you and issue a full refund if this happens. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Personalisation Content

When you upload a photo, logo or text for personalisation, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the image/content, or have permission from the rights holder to use it
  • The content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • The content is not offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate

We reserve the right to refuse to produce any order containing content we reasonably believe is offensive, unlawful, or infringes someone else's rights, and will contact you if this is the case.

Checking Your Personalisation

Because personalised items are made specially for you, it's your responsibility to carefully check the text, spelling and any uploaded image before adding it to your cart and completing checkout. See our Returns & Refund Policy for what happens if something isn't right.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Liability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where liability cannot be excluded under law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
