Personalised Photo Coaster | Custom Image & Text Gift | UK

All of our products are personalised and made to order in the UK, so please allow 2-3 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

We ship to addresses across the UK and, where available, internationally. Exact delivery estimates and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (where available) by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Because every item is personalised and made specially for you, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind once production has started - so please double check your spelling, photo and details before adding to cart.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with an error on our part, we'll always put it right with a replacement or refund. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll take it from there.

To report an issue, simply use our Contact Us page with your order number and details, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
